Our 2 storey luxury villa was constructed at the end of 2001 in the modern and tasteful Portuguese style.

The property is fully air conditioned and overlooks beautiful unspoilt farmland. This makes for very pleasant evenings on the balcony watching the sun set and also quiet undisturbed sleeping.

You will have full use of the pool which is especially refreshing after a hot day out. There are loungers around the pool for your relaxation.

The apartment is located within an easy walk of the local shops in the quaint and pretty fishing village of Alvor. Alvor still retains much of its original Portuguese charm and friendly atmosphere.

The renowned Algarve beaches with their golden sands, dramatic coastline and tasty beach side restaurants are only a pleasant 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away.

Large and very spacious containing a comfortable pine sofa bed and matching arm chairs. The dining table extends to comfortably seat 6 persons.

The room has a modern Sony flat screen TV with DVD and SKY UK Freeview. There is also a CD stereo system for music.

A downstairs loo is available just off from the lounge area.

Sliding doors lead out onto the large balcony area which is perfect for alfresco dining or for watching wonderful sun sets.

The balcony also affords great views of the surrounding farmland and is an ideal place to spot any local wildlife.

Kitchen:

A tasteful modern fitted kitchen containing everything necessary to meet your self catering cooking requirements.

It is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc.  

Like the lounge, double glazed doors open out onto the large main balcony which makes it easy to serve meals.

Master Bedroom:

Beautiful Pine double bed, fully air conditioned, fitted wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

En-suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin.

Sliding double glazed doors opening out onto a private balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful countryside. Perfect for those romantic evenings!

Twin Bedroom:

This bright room has 2 comfortable adult size single beds.

The room is fitted out in a similar way to that of the master bedroom.

There is also an en-suite shower room.

This is the view from the balcony of the Master bedroom overlooking the pool and unspoilt farmland.

The property is set in pretty well kept landscaped gardens which are self contained.

Access to the apartment is via a remote controlled entrance gate. We also have a closed circuit television entrance system for the front door.
